Add Microsoft’s SPF record into DNS Using cPanel’s Zone Editor

This guide will explain how to add Microsoft’s SPF record in cPanels Zone Editor, there should only be one SPF, so if an SPF record already exists then delete it and add Microsoft’s, or add Microsoft’s include into the current SPF record

SPF records improve email deliverability, this is done by listing all the IP address that have permission to send emails on behalf of a domain, these can include IP addresses, includes which are lists of IPs that can be looked up and there are also options for +a for the A record and +mx for the mx records

TL;DR SPF records can be added as TXT records in cPanel via cPanel > Zone Editor > Manage > Add TXT Record > Save Record

Requirements

To complete this will require having a cPanel account and Microsoft’s SPF Record and would look like “v=spf1 include:spf.protection.outlook.com -all”
